- In the preview window, select just the photo (no white showing around the photo).
- Choose the color photo setting (even for black and white photos).
- Turn all enhancements off.
- Set resolution quality to high photo quality, 300 or 600 dpi.
- Save the file as a high quality JPEG.
- Email photos to donValler@yahoo.com or upload your files using our simple form here.
If you are unable to obtain a good scan following the above instructions, you can take your photo to a copy shop (Kinko's, Staples, etc) and have them do it for you. Provide them with the instructions above and ask them to save it to a memory stick or CD, in RGB format. Then you can email the file, upload the file here, or simply put the CD in the mail and follow the mailing instructions below.

- Once we review your image, we will contact you with a firm price.
- You will receive a digital proof of the photo restoration for your review and approval.
- It should only take a day or two to complete the restoration. We accept rush jobs.
- You will receive a high resolution digital photo for archiving and printing.

- Pay online by credit card using PayPal funds transfer for the fastest turnaround time.
- Clicking the "Buy Now" button takes you to a secure PayPal payment web page.
- We also accept personal checks (allowing time for the check to clear), post office or bank international money orders, or Western Union.
- Please make checks and money orders payable to Vallereux's Photographic Art.
- Your restoration photo will be sent to you immediately upon receipt and verification of payment.

- You can send your photos to us through the US Post Office, FedEx, or UPS.
- The US Post Office has a very good delivery service. They offer track and trace, which you may want to use for added security.
- Package photographs in plastic bags within a cardboard box to prevent bending.
